ALONSO BEDOYA DENEGRI

MASTER OF LAW - INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION AND INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT ARBITRATION
Lawyer from the University of Lima and Master of Law (LL.M.) from Queen Mary University of London, specializing in international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. He served as a trainee lawyer at the international arbitration firm Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr (WilmerHale) in London.
With experience in defending or advising in over 50 arbitrations, both nationally and internationally, Alonso has worked with institutions such as the Lima Chamber of Commerce, ICSID, and SIAC. His expertise covers key areas such as Real Estate Law, Government Procurement, Corporate Law, and National and International Arbitration, with a special focus on construction and infrastructure disputes, as well as investments.
He combines his professional practice with teaching, serving as a professor of the Arbitration course and the Corporate Law course at the Faculty of Law of Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola. He is also a professor of the Arbitration course at Universidad San Martín de Porres. He has written numerous articles on investment arbitration and international arbitration, which have been published in journals in Peru and abroad, in both Spanish and English.

He has a solid background in corporate, administrative, and labor law. He has provided advice to various companies and individuals, helping them consolidate and resolve conflicts amicably. He also advises companies looking to establish themselves in Peru, offering them the best options for their development.
Throughout his career, he has also ventured into other legal areas such as tax law, registry law, and notarial law.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Lima. He is proficient in both Spanish and English.
SANDRA LINARES RUIZ

BACHELOR OF LAW FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF LIMA, WITH SPECIALIZATION IN AGILE METHODOLOGIES AND DESIGN THINKING FROM UTEC
Professional with more than 5 years of experience in commercial and legal areas, specialized in electronic commerce and digital asset management. Recognized for her quick adaptation to new teams and her ability to implement strategies that positively impact business growth.
In his most recent role, he managed the acquisition of commercial allies and implemented the 3P commercial model for the digital asset BEES (AB InBev Peru Marketplace). Previously, at Belcorp, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he participated in the process of restarting commercial operations in 6 corporate units of the group in the countries of Central America and the Caribbean; in which he played a key role in the implementation of the first payment gateways for different digital assets of the company.
His advanced command of English and Spanish allows him to facilitate fluid communication with clients and collaborators from various countries.
